This Facial Electrotherapy Diploma Course will help students learn how to perform a detailed skin analysis and how to devise a treatment tailored for a variety of skin types using different facial electrical treatments. During this advanced course you will learn how to use and perform treatments using: Galvanic and High Frequency, Steam and Vacuum suction, Faradic EMS, and Micro-current.
Students of this course must be over 16 years of age, and currently studying, or have previously gained a minimum level 2 beauty qualification.
COURSE CONTENT
- Electricity terms in relation to electrical treatments
- Prepare for a facial electrical treatment
- Contra-indications and Contra-actions
- Be able to carry out galvanic treatments
- Setting up your facial electrical equipment
- Using your facial electrical equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining your facial electrical equipment
COURSE CONTENT
- Be able to carry our high frequency treatments
- Be able to carry our microcurrent treatments
- Be able to carry out vacuum suction treatments
- Be able to carry out faradic treatments
